Rafael Tobía is an Associate at Romen with more than 19 years of professional experience. His practice focuses on tax law, advising domestic and foreign companies in litigation related to national and international taxation, particularly in the oil and gas, banking and finance, technology, pharmaceutical, metallurgical, construction, and services sectors.
