Algelo Cutolo is an associate at Romen, with + 21 years of professional experience. His practice focus on the labor and procedural area, where he provides advice to national and foreign companies from different economic sectors in the areas of labor litigation, substantiation and attention to individual or collective, conciliatory or conflictive labor procedures before different instances of the Ministry of Popular Power for the Social Work Process. Management of labor litigation before Labor Courts, Social Cassation Chamber of the TSJ and management of litigation in the contentious-administrative jurisdiction.
