Professional Experience

Angelo Cutolo is an Associate at Romen with more than 21 years of professional experience. His practice focuses on labor and procedural law, advising domestic and foreign companies across various economic sectors in the management of labor disputes, as well as the handling and representation of individual and collective labor proceedings, whether conciliatory or contentious, before various offices of the Ministry of People's Power for the Social Labor Process. He also represents clients in labor litigation before Labor Courts and the Social Chamber of the Supreme Tribunal of Justice, as well as in administrative litigation proceedings before the contentious-administrative courts.
