Professional Experience
Antonella A. Santana Jansen is an attorney with more than seven years of experience practicing Tax and Administrative Law. Her work focuses on preparing legal opinions and consultations in the areas of Tax and Administrative Law, handling tax proceedings before national and municipal tax authorities, and representing clients in proceedings before the competent courts.
She has advised domestic, foreign, and multinational companies, as well as banks, insurance companies, retail businesses, industrial enterprises, and service providers. She has also been actively involved in academic activities, contributing to collective publications and panel discussions as an active member of the Venezuelan Tax Law Association (AVDT).
