Professional Experience
Miguel H. Velutini M. is a Partner at Romen with more than 24 years of professional experience. His practice focuses on corporate law, advising domestic and foreign companies in the oil and gas, banking, insurance, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, and construction sectors.
He has actively participated in financing transactions, debt restructurings, and refinancing operations. He advises domestic and foreign companies on the acquisition and sale of Venezuelan companies, energy companies on contractual and regulatory matters related to oil and gas projects in Venezuela, and banks and borrowers in project finance transactions. He also advises clients on the negotiation and execution of commercial agreements and on a broad range of corporate law matters.
