Professional experience

Pedro Ramos is an associate of Romen, with + 34 years of professional experience, his practice focus on the labor and procedural area, where he provides advice to national and foreign companies from different economic sectors, in negotiations of collective labor agreements and conflicting specifications; management of labor litigation, substantiation and attention of individual or collective, conciliatory or conflictive labor procedures before different instances of the Ministry of Popular Power for the Social Work Process. Management of labor litigation before Labor Courts, Social Cassation Chamber of the TSJ, as well as attention to civil and commercial litigation; preparation of Appeals in Labor matters and Regulation of the Jurisdiction in labor matters; Nullity appeals against clauses of Collective Labor Agreements and Trade Union Conflicts.
