Rafael Tobía is a Partner at Romen, with + 19 years of professional experience, his practice focus on the tax area, where he advises national and foreign companies in litigation related to national and international taxation of companies in the oil and gas, banking and finance, technology, pharmaceutical and metallurgical industries, construction and services.
