We have advised a large number of foreign oil companies regarding their investments and other interests in Venezuela. We have also worked on a large number of gas and petrochemical projects.
In the corporate area, we have handled numerous mergers and acquisitions, asset purchases and sales, and various corporate governance matters, advising on the day-to-day legal needs of companies doing business in Venezuela.
