Professional experience

Eduardo Michelena is a Partner at Romen, with + 35 years of professional experience. His professional activities are focused on the business and wealth planning areas, providing services to national and international companies, and high networth individuals and families with active and passive investments, involved in services and commercial activities, including banking, media, oil and gas, cryptocurrencies, construction, pharmaceutical, among others.

Specifically, in the commercial area, he has lead legal teams in charge of several national and international capital market transactions, financing and refinancing structuring, structuring of collaterals, mergers, acquisitions and sales, international commerce, service contracts, negotiation and mediation processes. With respect to family and personal wealth planning, he has organized many international cross border structures, including estate planning and protection of active and passive investments.

Currently residing in Miami, Florida, he is also Director of Business Development of an important commercial conglomerate.
